The ACI was established as a solution for the NSW Department of Health to help train their staff and aid in medical emergencies. Working with clinicians, consumers and managers, the ACI’s goal is to promote better healthcare in the state. Carrying such a large responsibility means the agency is continually striving to adopt the best procedures possible, and with many operations now going digital, they decided to follow suit and use the beauty of technology to their advantage by creating a ‘medical material’ app.
Delivering important medical information to hospital staff in an instant
The ACI team wanted to find a more instantaneous and efficient way to provide hospital staff with the necessary medical information to treat various injuries and traumas. Issues such as correct dosages and appropriate treatment methods are critical when it comes to public health – to have this information readily available would undoubtedly save precious time for hospital staff.
Taking advantage of the speed of digital communication systems
The speed of technology has long been praised, so it only makes sense to introduce digital communication methods into an industry that revolves around timeliness. Our team listened to ACI’s needs and came up with a mobile app solution that provides the user with information about the selected injury, outlining the necessary steps to treating the patient.
