Working with a major Australian construction company, the Appscore team developed a new kind of tool – one you won’t find in the trusty toolbox. We introduced an iPad app designed to upgrade properties and enhance residents’ living experience. By drawing on our digital expertise, we found a smooth and seamless way to enable residents to access things like utility usage reporting and intercom systems between apartments and gates/doors.

Introducing a multi-purpose app specific to residents’ use
Working in close collaboration with the client, Appscore built an iPad app that allows renters and owners of apartments to view how much water, gas and electricity they are using; to effectively control access to the building; and to communicate with others in the building via video calls.
