Finding an innovative way to connect with customers
The core challenge faced by the client was how to engage with their customers and encourage them to take responsibility for their lifestyles. Life insurance can be a tricky topic to discuss, so they were looking for a fresh, dynamic and feasible way to connect with consumers.
Developing a fitness app that rewards users
Together with Insuranceline, we came up with a mobile app that operates to count the user’s steps in conjunction with their Fitbit device (provided by the insurer). The app enables them to monitor their fitness levels, set goals for themselves, and plan how to achieve said goals. Once a user reaches a certain target, they are rewarded with various gift tokens, such as movie tickets or shopping vouchers, thereby providing a constant incentive to stay active.
