As a sub-contractor for RACV, Johns Lyng Group is responsible for delivering emergency building works and attending to property damages, including flood and fire damage. Though their jobs are very hands-on, the team was looking to digitalise certain parts of the process in the hope to improve speed and efficiency. After consulting with Appscore, we worked with the company to come up with a solution that meant they could better assign, manage and record jobs while working to tight time restraints.
