The team came to Appscore with a series of business predicaments revolving around both internal and customer-facing processes. Enlisting our help, we were able to address their issues and enable them to smoothly glide into the contemporary digital era. We devised an app that could provide product information to employees while also serving to impress and engage customers.

The Challenge

The issues faced by the Mercedes-Benz team were threefold: firstly, they were struggling to provide their sales team with accurate, up-to-date information; secondly, they were finding it difficult to communicate new technological features to their customers; and thirdly, they were wanting to find engaging ways to keep their customers entertained while waiting in their show room.

Our developers created an iPad app designed to counteract all three of these problems. In the first instance, the app provided industry and vehicle information to the sales team that they could readily access and relay to potential customers. In the second instance, the app featured videos that functioned to not only entertain customers while waiting for a sales person to attend to them, but to also educate them on the latest features, (for example, Lane Assist, which was best communicated via an informative and engaging video rather than through the mouthpiece of a salesperson or a text-heavy brochure).
